We accept Master Card, Visa, or Discover credit cards. We can accept personal checks or money orders only if drawn on U.S. banks in U.S. funds. Checks or money orders should be payable to The Wooden Chicken.
All orders are sent via ground UPS or U.S. Mail unless you specify otherwise. Please contact us for shipping charges.
We try to have items on hand so your order can be sent out within one to two weeks. We can arrange to order specific pieces if not in stock.
Items may be returned within 10 days for a refund. The customer is responsible for ALL shipping and insurance costs. Please call first for return instructions.
